Meet the Owner: Aaliyah Cook
Hello! My name is Aaliyah Cook and I have been a Personal Trainer since 2019. I grew up in Glendale, AZ where I played varsity sports that led me to be a college athlete at Grand Canyon University. In 2018 I completed my degree in Exercise Science and since then have been very active in the athletic and PT community! "Feel Good Fitness Club" is exactly what it sounds like. When people train with me I want them to feel good when they leave the gym. Book your first session for free and find out just how good functional fitness can make you feel!

“Aaliyah is so much more than “just a coach” and feel good fitness is so much more than “just another fitness group”!!! I have been AMAZED by how much dedication and care Aaliyah puts into our training, and she goes even more above and beyond by checking in with each of us with our nutrition and day to day lives/mental health!! She remembers small details about you, pushes and encourages you, and is the accountability I have been searching for !! Even when the workout kicks my butt I leave feel stronger and prouder for going. Couldn’t recommend enough if you’re looking for accountability and community.."

I have been working out with FGFC for a few months now. I am an ex-division one athlete & pursuing my sport at the professional level and Aaliyah has revolutionized my playing. Her approach to the gym has brought me so much insight to functional body movement & how I can reach optimal performance while also making me confident lifting. She will definitely push you, whatever your goals may be, but you will never have to question her commitment to your goals. This is the real deal, highly recommend doing a consult & discussing your goals with her, you won’t regret it."

“Aaliyah is seriously the best of the best. With her knowledge about all things training and mobility- she is an absolutely incredible teacher and coach. I have never consistently gone to the gym until I started going to Aaliyah 1x/ week. I’m so thankful to have a coach that corrects form but also explains why and ways to help improve the movement. I have learned so much in the last couple months that I can’t wait to see what the next few months bring! So thankful for Aaliyah and the FGFC community.”
