Meet the Owner & Head Trainer: Aaliyah Cook
Hello! My name is Aaliyah Cook and I have been a Personal Trainer since 2019. I grew up in Glendale, AZ where I played varsity sports that led me to be a college athlete at Grand Canyon University. In 2018 I completed my degree in Exercise Science and since then have been very active in the athletic and PT community!
